Company History
In 2003, Automation Logistics Annaberg Corporation, a Georgia-based entity, was established by Elektrobau Annaberg GmbH in collaboration with ELEBA Elektro- und Haustechnik GmbH, both renowned German companies with extensive experience in the automation industry across Europe.
In 2005, Herrmann Elektrotechnische Anlagen GmbH & Co. KG joined as a partner, leading to the relocation of the company headquarters to Florida. This marked the beginning of Automation Logistics Corporation.
In 2011, Uwe & Frank Herrmann acquired Automation Logistics Corporation. Subsequently, in 2012, Automation Logistics Corporation became the majority shareholder of Zeroks USA LLC.
In 2013, recognizing the need to better serve its European clients, Automation Logistics Corporation established a subsidiary in Dresden, Germany, further enhancing its capacity to cater to the needs of its European clientele.
In 2023 Automation Logistics Corporation purchased Zeroks USA LLC in its entirety and changed the name to Milestone Automation LLC.
